I descided that i for sure put the cap back on the cooling expansion, after 60k´s out in way over legal pace i saw that there where some stains on the silencer....cap layed there on the battery.
One is getting old, gotta keep notes in the garage!!

The two pipes I was originally questioning...well I connected them the wrong way round

. But, after cleaning the carbs with carb cleaner, and cleaning the K&N filter and re-oiling it. Going through every connector and drying them out, fitting new iridium plugs the end result is...it runs ace, maybe even a bit smoother. Once again thank you all.
