Hahahahah, yes I think anyone with an air gun might have done that Alex, I know I have.
Now H&S sanitisers have ruled that air guns must have a multi `holed` nozzle to stop air being blasted through skin they don`t tend to have the same power sadly.
I have a tame garage owner who doesn`t have those compromised air gun nozzles.

New front bearings and seals bought today - $32 the lot from local bearing shop. Just have to put the Norton front end back together so I can get it off the stands and out of the shed to make room for the TRX.
Ride Well!
Cheers, Dave.

Bearings and seals replaced today. One bearing totally knackered. The speedo drive was full of a grey gunk - a mayonnaise of grease and water and it was the bearing on that side that was buggered.
Note that the front only takes 1-off 23-40-7 seal, the side away from the speedo gear. The speedo gear side takes a 45-56-7 seal. I was lucky in being able to get the larger seal today; my local supplier Hallam Bearings are good guys.
Ride Well!
Cheers, Dave.
