How hard???

There is a possibility I can get a set of R6 digital gauges (either the 03-05 OR 06-07 models)... how much hassle would it be to sort out a speedo and rev pickup and change the scale of the rev-counter so that redline is 10k (my TRX has race CDI)? Changing the face plate for the right scale isn't hard but It'd suck to have redline at 1/2 the gauges travel.

pick ups - not hard but expensive. I've seen an R1 unit used on a 2 stroke

you'll need to make the tacho feed compatible (box of tricks can do that for you)and find a pick up for the speedo

as for changing the actual calibration and scale - not sure how you'ld do that
