Thanks to all those great people who answered my quetions and pointed me in the right direction.
pics are of my green 1998 TRX,I like the stock look,it has some nice goodies but understated.(sorry the pics are so small )
Mods are; YZF750SP usd front end (forks, wheel, discs )and 180 rear wheel.
02 R1 master cylinider and blue spots.
Home made multi adjustable rearsets
Goodridge kevlar brake lines
homemade comfy riders seat recovered w/ extra padding, and recovered pillion seat by me.
KN air filter
Woodcraft clip ons.
On the wish list is better head lights, flatslides and V2 cam by Brook Henry.

Top work. Like the fact it looks stock but then you spot the subtle mods. Nice colour too.

Looking good, how does the front feel now? I have bar-ends on my xs650 but find that they are a pain when I commute on it - have to fold them in when filtering up to the lights.

Re: Reddogs bike
feels great JL,the difference was incredible after months of bottoming out over dents in the road and some of the goat tracks the local council calls streets.
It should have been standard fitment on the last models, then Yamaha would have had a real winner.
$900 well spent.

Reddog ,reddog ; I look after a poor Ducati rider that bit the dust and you use it to boost your riding skills . Well that's what I'd do LOL
Another one down on the Maccas over pass today .Top of the hill coming out of Strath .1098 S . Not too much damage.
Don't know about the rider 40's> 50's
