TRX900 DE edition

Have followed a thread on a 900 rebuild, dude has dynoed it now...ok i know that PS i less than HP but not by much....
...and holy crapshute :shock:

So, max BHP around 120 isn`t it? That`s similar to many 900 to 1000cc twins, Superdukes etc. Over 74 ft lbs of torque too, nice. :D

Yeah, but a TDM900 do ~90-95??
I have a 900 going into mine but i was looking for 100-ish 8)

Ah but that dyno run must be from a well tuned one no? 100 bhp a litre for bike engines is par for the course nowadays. :wink:

What i have seen in thread, EFI, reworked tank for 900 pump, 0,5mm skimmed head...looks like a MAB system...

Yep, my lightly tuned 900 engine is 88 at the wheel - so assuming around 12/14% losses with a chain drive probably just over 100 at the crank.
